PUBG Mobile Season 31 Ultimate Royale A20 — last days guide for GameLoop PC

The Ultimate Royale window closes on 7 September — four days before the classic season ends on 11 September. Here is what GameLoop PC players need to prioritise before each deadline.

PUBG Mobile Season 31 has two separate end dates, and most players only know one of them. The classic ranked season closes on 11 September 2026 (UTC), while the Ultimate Royale window closes on 7 September 2026. That four-day gap matters: if you are chasing Ultimate Royale rewards, your real deadline is earlier than you think.

Both dates are verified from official PUBG MOBILE regional channels: the Season 31 calendar published on 16 July 2026 states "Season 31 Promotion Match / Casual Season: July 16 – Sep 11 (UTC0)" and "Ultimate Royale Period: July 20 – Sep 7 (UTC0)".

What Ultimate Royale is

Ultimate Royale is the upper tier of Royale Pass A20. The standard Royale Pass track stays open until the classic season closes on 11 September. Ultimate Royale closes earlier, on 7 September.

Two things set it apart from the base pass:

  • Separate reward tier. Ultimate Royale adds rewards on top of the standard Royale Pass track. Reaching certain levels on the base pass is required before you can access the Ultimate tier rewards.
  • Shorter window. You cannot wait until the last day of the season. The window is gone by 7 September, and any unclaimed Ultimate Royale rewards are lost after that.

Earning Royale Pass XP quickly on GameLoop PC

The most effective ways to earn RP XP change depending on the game mode. On GameLoop with keyboard and mouse, a few of them become meaningfully faster.

Classic mode — highest XP baseline. Longer matches give more XP. A full classic match earns more total RP XP per hour than chaining short modes, because XP scales with time alive and events per match. The keyboard-and-mouse advantage shows up here: vehicle control, looting on the run, and long-range tracking are all more fluid with mouse input, which adds up to more active minutes per match compared to a touchscreen session on the same PC.

Daily tasks — complete every one, every day. Royale Pass daily tasks reset on a fixed schedule. Missed days are gone and cannot be recovered. If you are behind on A20 levels, daily tasks are the most reliable RP XP source left. Keep the task list open in the main menu and check it between matches.

Weekly task cards — clear what remains. If A20 weekly task cards are still active, any uncompleted ones stay open until the window closes. Check your remaining weekly cards in the Royale Pass menu now, before the season end sprint compresses your time further.

Pre-deadline checklist

Before 7 September (Ultimate Royale closes):

  • Open the Royale Pass A20 menu and check your Ultimate Royale tier progress — are any rewards unclaimed?
  • Complete daily tasks without missing a day from now until the 7th
  • Clear any remaining weekly task cards

Before 11 September (classic season closes):

  • Check your ranked season protection rating — it carries into the Season 32 start
  • Look at any season-specific content that resets with the new season (attachment gear, event rewards)
  • Grind RP XP on classic mode through to the final day

Season 31 collaborations — claim before the season ends

Season 31 launched three major collaborations: NARUTO SHIPPUDEN (added with update 4.5), Ferrari, and Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Event content and season-exclusive cosmetics tied to these collaborations are time-limited. Access to them ends when Season 31 closes on 11 September.

If you have earned but not yet claimed rewards from the NARUTO or Spider-Man events, collect them before 11 September.

Update 4.6 and the season transition

Update 4.6 is scheduled for 9 September 2026, two days before the classic season ends. This is the same situation covered in the Season 31 end guide: the build changes underneath you while ranked is still running.

For GameLoop PC players: the window between the Ultimate Royale close on 7 September and the update on 9 September is the safest two days to run your final RP XP push. Once 4.6 downloads, match access may be limited during patching and the post-patch server queue. Staying ahead of the update avoids a dead session on the last stretch.

To avoid problems during the update: restart GameLoop before the update arrives and confirm you have enough free disk space. PUBG Mobile update packages can be large, and a slow download queue on 9–10 September could leave you offline for the last ranked hours.
