What we do
gameloop.blog is an independent publication covering the GameLoop emulator and the mobile games played through it. We report release builds, patch notes, game updates and the policy changes that hit emulator players directly.
Search for a GameLoop answer today and you land on either a translation-farm aggregator or a guide written three years ago. That gap is the whole reason this site exists.
Nine editions, not nine translations
The site publishes in English, Turkish, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, French, German and Italian. English is the root edition; every other language lives under its own prefix.
These are editions, not machine translations. Shared facts — a version number, a release date, a verdict — are shared. What differs between markets does not get flattened: the games, the tournaments and the builds that matter in Cairo are not the ones that matter in São Paulo. You will not find a download link here. Always take the emulator from the manufacturer's own site — third-party "modded GameLoop" bundles are the single most common carrier of account-stealing malware in this niche.
How we reach a version verdict
Every verdict in the version log rests on three things:
- Official release notes and the version string on the download page.
- User reports — repeated complaints across community forums, Discord servers and support channels.
- Time — no build is called stable on the day it ships. It stays watching until enough reports accumulate.
These are judgements based on independent observation, not lab testing. We do not claim to benchmark on our own hardware. Where a verdict comes from is stated in the article that carries it.
