CODM Season 7 Terminated Battle Pass — worth buying on GameLoop PC?

Call of Duty: Mobile Season 7 launches on 5 August 2026. If you are playing on GameLoop PC and wondering whether to spend CP on the Battle Pass, here is a breakdown based on confirmed pre-launch content — what is in each tier, what costs nothing, and how to complete it faster on a PC emulator.

What Season 7 is bringing

Test-build content can change before release. With that caveat, the following have been confirmed through official and verified pre-launch channels:

New weapons

• JOKR Launcher — anti-armour rocket launcher, confirmed as Battle Pass unlock
• Striker 45 — SMG, available on the free track
• Hades LMG — expected mid-season or premium track

Flagship cosmetics

• Mythic Dark Shepherd (Phantom Reigns variant) — the premium centrepiece of Season 7
• Dame and Griggs operators

Limited-time crossovers

• Terminator × CODM — includes themed operator and weapon blueprint
• Girls' Frontline × CODM — limited event skins and animated camos

New modes

• Battle of the Bots — limited-time automated opponent mode
• Gulag — a respawn mechanic added to Battle Royale
• RC-XD Racing — car racing sub-mode

The exact tier placement of each item is not confirmed until the pass goes live, but the Mythic Dark Shepherd and JOKR Launcher have historically been gated behind premium.

Free track vs premium track

Every Battle Pass has two tracks running in parallel: one that costs nothing, and one that costs 220 CP.

Free track typically includes:

• One new weapon (usually the SMG — Striker 45 in Season 7)
• Credit and XP card bundles
• A handful of camo blueprints

Premium track typically adds:

• The Mythic operator (Dark Shepherd / Phantom Reigns)
• The JOKR Launcher blueprint
• Dame and Griggs operator skins
• Animated calling cards and charms
• Additional CP (roughly 40–60 CP returned across 50 tiers, not enough to offset the purchase)

If your main goal is the Mythic Dark Shepherd or the JOKR blueprint, the free track will not unlock them. The premium upgrade is required.

Is the Battle Pass worth buying?

Three questions determine whether it makes sense for you:

1. Do you want the flagship item? The Mythic Dark Shepherd is the centrepiece of Season 7. Mythic skins are not sold separately after the season ends. If you want it, the premium Battle Pass is the only reliable path.

2. How many hours per week do you play? A season lasts about 60 days. Completing all 50 tiers requires roughly 20–30 minutes of play per day on average. If you play on GameLoop PC for at least four to five sessions per week, you will reach Tier 50 comfortably before the season closes. If you play sporadically — two or three sessions a month — you may not finish, reducing the value of the premium purchase.

3. Do you care about the crossover content? Terminator and Girls' Frontline items are event rewards, not Battle Pass tiers. You can earn most crossover cosmetics through event missions regardless of whether you bought the pass. The pass does not gate the collab content.

The honest answer: If you play regularly and want the Mythic operator, the 220 CP is reasonable for a full season of content. If you rarely play or care only about the crossover events, the free track is sufficient.

How to complete the Battle Pass faster on GameLoop PC

Playing on a PC emulator gives you a measurable advantage in completing the pass quickly.

Use keyboard macros for XP farming. GameLoop allows keyboard shortcut assignment. Binding reload and interact to easily reachable keys reduces the dead time between actions in XP-heavy modes like Team Deathmatch. Less time navigating menus means more time earning XP per session.

Prioritise Battle Pass missions over daily challenges. Daily challenges give you XP regardless, but Battle Pass missions (shown under the Battle Pass tab) give XP cards that apply directly to tier progress. Complete the Battle Pass missions first each session.

Play on the right modes. Team Deathmatch and Domination yield the highest XP-per-minute ratios for Battle Pass progression. Battle Royale matches take longer and give variable XP depending on placement. On PC you can sustain higher kill rates in TDM, which accelerates XP gain.

Use XP cards on double-XP weekends. Activision regularly runs double-XP events around season launches. Save any XP cards you receive on the free track and use them during these windows to multiply the effect.

Keep GameLoop updated before August 5. The Season 7 patch will be distributed via the in-app updater. If GameLoop prompts you to update the client before the CODM patch lands, do it. Checking your CP balance before buying

If you are not sure how many CP you have, open CODM on GameLoop, go to the store, and check the CP counter in the top-right corner. The premium Battle Pass costs 220 CP. If you have fewer than 220, you will need to purchase a CP bundle before upgrading.

CP bundles are purchased through the in-game store. The 480 CP bundle is the most cost-efficient option if you are only buying one Battle Pass, as it covers the 220 CP cost and leaves a remainder for camos or bundles during the season.

Season 7 start date reminder

Season 7 begins on 5 August 2026 at 17:00 Pacific Time (03:00 on 6 August in Turkey, 00:00 UTC on 6 August). The Battle Pass becomes available the moment the update goes live. There is no benefit to purchasing early — the pass starts on the update date regardless of when you buy the upgrade.
